The War of 1812 Bicentennial takes place starting in 2012. This site celebrates the bicentennial through War of 1812 images including illustrations, photographs, and maps, historical works relating to the War of 1812 such as newspaper articles and books, an easy-to-read history of the War of 1812, links to news articles of interest and a list of upcoming War of 1812 special events, and more to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812.
